If you do not have a corresponding recharge order, please see below for further instructions.
If you do not have or cannot obtain a Castle Age recharge order from Facebook, you can seek assistance from our customer support. You will need to provide us with your account details, along with the login email and password you wish to bind. Once we have verified the information, we will bind your Facebook Castle Age account to the login email for web3/4. After the binding process is complete, you will be able to log in to the game using the bound login email.
